We reserve the right to revise or amend the terms & conditions as given on this website from time to time without prior notice and your continued use of the website following such change shall indicate your acceptance of these changes.

Orders:

Any orders placed by you will be treated as an offer to purchase the goods or services from us and we have the right to reject such offers at any time.

All orders are subject to availability. If goods ordered are not available, you will be notified by e-mail and will be provided an option to either wait until the item is available or cancel your order.

During periods of sale / busy periods (e.g. Christmas) deliveries may take a little longer than expected. In these circumstances, we aim to keep you updated where we can and we will amend our delivery estimates accordingly.

Delivery:

Delivery within the UK is free on all orders over £15.

You will assume the risk for the products once they have been delivered to the delivery address which you provided when ordering the products. We accept no liability where you provide an incorrect delivery address or where you fail to accept delivery.

We currently do not offer delivery to international locations.

Cancellation:

You are entitled to cancel any order within 24 hrs of completing the purchase, however for further details please refer to our Returns Policy.

Once your order has been placed and dispatched by us, we would be unable to make any changes/amend to the said order.

Returns:

If you would like to return an order, kindly do so within 28 days of purchase. Please note the returned item needs to be unused and in its original packaging unless the item delivered was faulty/damaged. Please read our ‘Returns Policy’ for further information.

Security:

We make every effort to ensure all orders are thoroughly checked using the information already supplied. In accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 we do not supply any of your details to any third party. All information is kept confidential and secured. We may periodically send emails to our customers informing them of updates to our services.
